Welcome to Chesterfield Garden Condominiums

Chesterfield Garden Condominiums is a community of 216 Condos located in Pasadena, Maryland.

Constructed in 1984 on roughly 13 acres, Chesterfield Gardens Condos consist of 18 buildings. The buildings are located on Kingsley, Wedgewood, and Davenport. We have condos located on Lochern and Abby as well, but we share the street with condos belonging to Chesterfield Gardens Condos 2.

The association is currently governed by a Board of Directors who are elected to serve terms.

Chesterfield also has an on site person to help with the day to day issues in and around the condo buildings. Charlie Mills can be reached at 410.294.2881. He usually works from 9am to 5pm. Some of his dues include, changing light bulbs throughout the buildings, and patrolling making sure that everything is in order through out the community. You can also contact Charlie if you need a water closet key. First one if free, each replacement will cost you 25.00 dollars.
