NON-CHESTERFIELD GARDEN CONDO ISSUES
There may be a time where issues arise and are out of Pinnacle and the Board of Directors control. Anne Arundel County Government has a website to report any county issues. Leeds Rd and Edwin Raynor are both county roads. You can report a downed county sign, a utility issue, alert authorities to graffiti, and countless other items. Please note that there may be items within the community are the responsibility of the HOA. Please note, Chesterfield Gardens Condos are part of a larger Home Owner Association. BGE Lighting Outage
Any street light outages can be reported directly to BGE. BGE offers an online reporting system to expedite any lighting issues.
